Apple Crisp
- 1 red apple

1/2 cup granola (optional)

1 banana
-
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup almond milk
-
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

*Substitute figs - 2 figs instead of a banana

*Substitute blue or blackberries - 1/2 cup instead of granola
Directions
- Using a blender process vanilla yogurt, banana, almond milk, apple and granola.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Pour and enjoy!
